About

The Mentality Surgeon

The Stoic Approach was born out of necessity. At the lowest, most painful, and most broken part of my life – I had to make a choice. To take the shortcut – numb this feeling, bury this pain and risk ending up here again… OR to step into the darkness, and study it. Fortify my defences, and make a promise to myself to make my mind so invincible that i could never feel that bad ever again, no matter the circumstances.

I chose the latter.

I had to become the ray of light needed to find my way out of the darkness and never go back. Instead of running from the depth I felt about every situation, the amount I ruminated and overthought every situation, I decided to lean into it and weaponise it. Where once I thought thinking too much was my biggest weakness, now it is my greatest tool. I am the strongest I’ve ever been, but also the weakest I’ll ever be again. Because this path of self-mastery, once begun, does not stop. It deepens, sharpens and fortifies – so that I can stand unshaken amidst any and all that the universe and its inhabitants can throw at me.

I became my own patient and my own surgeon. I dissected my thoughts, my fears, my weaknesses – removing what held me back, strengthening what mattered. Over years of relentless practice, I’ve honed a system to identify the invisible blocks that trap ambition and growth, strip them away, and reconstruct the mind with precision. People began noticing. Friends, colleagues, and even strangers sought me out – not for empty advice, but because I could see what others cannot. I analyse behaviour, intentions, and emotions with surgical accuracy. I strip away illusion, expose the truth, and help ambitious individuals uncover the untapped strength inside themselves. As a Mentality Surgeon, I translate years of personal mastery, Stoic and practical philosophy, and formal certifications in NLP and hypnotic practice into precise interventions that elevate high performers to higher levels. I diagnose, I dissect, and I reconstruct. It’s all brewed from lived experience. Pain, discipline, clarity. I’ve built my mind into both a sanctuary and a weapon and I help others do the same.
